The SuDS management train should be used as a guide to achieve the following:

Peak Rate of Run off

Peak Volume of Run off

If there is no increase in the man made impermeable area as a result of the new development this does not apply

Mandatory

No discharge from the site for rainfall depth up to 5mm

The run off from all impermeable surfaces receives the appropriate level of treatment as per the SuDS manual
