Radian is a major housing and care provider in the South of England with a good reputation for leading innovative projects. With a turnover in excess of £100m, it manages more than 17,000 homes and supports more than 300 service users in the care sector. Via its Development Strategy it aims to increase its stock by 500 homes a year, using a variety of different development vehicles. 

It is seeking a new non-executive member of its Board to help it achieve its corporate aims. In addition to the usual spectrum of board director duties and obligations, it is looking for specific skills to enhance knowledge in construction and development at board level.

Salary: £5,640 pa plus expenses for approximately two days a month.
